Champers in the Shard? England is a modern multicultural country attracting around half a million English learners annually. Luckily for you this means English teachers are in high demand.
Make sure you dedicate one week before or after your teaching practice to wander around London. This city will have you vibing in no time!
You’ll be working with young learners so you won’t be bored during your one to three weeks of teaching practice in the home of the English language.
You will teach in Colchester, Essex which is situated 50 miles (80 km) northeast of London with direct access to the capital via motorway and rail.
You will be adding up to 65 hours of English teaching practice for every week you partake in the scholarship making you a very strong competitor in the job market on completion.

After arrival lunch and your city tour, complete with views that include majestic British architecture – both old and new, you’ll grab the group transfer to your countryside resort location.
Joined by native English speakers from around the globe (or perhaps nearby) you’ll be guided through the cultural do’s and don’ts plus mingle with fellow teachers; all in preparation to be paired with 20 eager young learners.
Expect to clock up around 65 hours talk time each week, focusing on improved conversational language skills in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
Enjoying a varied schedule of one-to-one and group activities you’ll practice your English teaching know-how gained during your 120 hour Advanced TEFL Course.
