Premier TEFL have been nothing but supportive of me. I had no idea if I could teach never mind where in the world I wanted to teach. After many phone conversations I decided to apply for the Thailand Internship. A couple of staff stayed late to speak to me on separate occasions as I could only speak to them after 5pm, it was just lovely service and they calmed me down and assured me I was making the right decision. The course access was easy and the course was very thorough. It really helped to increase my confidence and taught me all the correct ways to teach in a classroom.5 months on and I have completed my TEFL course and have been accepted to teach in Thailand in October!Premier TEFL have been amazing and I couldn't thank them enough. Through mid October to early November, I was lucky enough to participate in the Premier TEFL program associated with Angloville. I helped with 3 adult course and it was one of the best experiences I have had whilst in Europe. Being able to meet Polish people and native English speakers, from all walks of life was something I really appreciated. I had already done a week of volunteering with Angloville when I made the choice to do the Anglo-TEFL scholarship. I did a week in Bucharest on the junior programme and had a wonderful time, so I was very excited to do 3 weeks volunteering in Poland where I heard that the programmes were bigger since Poland is where Angloville was originally based.It’s hard to summarise the 3 weeks I had at Angloville but they were so jam-packed full of new friends, fun activities and fantastic memories that they were probably 3 of the best months I’ve had while travelling! I got to see the Polish countryside, hike to Chojnik Castle for a fantastic view, sang an amazing candle-lit sing-off one night, received a tour of Zakopane from one of the students, played endless amounts of pool and sang folk songs around a campfire! The weeks are pretty intense and it’s hard to find time to do other things but is completely worth it to see the improvement in the students confidence in speaking and to see your mentee give a presentation in English at the end of the week, as well as all the other reasons I described.The online TEFL course is pretty straight-forward too. You have basically 90 days to complete 10 modules, which I recommend trying to complete before you do the volunteering, although it doesn’t really matter, but completing the TEFL course first allows you to be mindful of the techniques used at some Angloville activities etc. I didn’t have much trouble arranging or completing the course online and if I did hit any snags both Angloville and Premier-TEFL responded quickly and helpfully to my queries.All in all a truly amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to start a career in teaching English or looking for a TEFL qualification.read more

I recently completed the Angloville/premier-TEFL scholarship and I cannot fault it! I did three Angloville programs (two in Poland and one in the Czech Republic) which were all well organised and lead by enthusiastic and motivated co-ordinators. I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes to travel, meet new people and learn about different cultures. And if you do three programs and complete an online course (which doesn't take long at all) you get nearly all of the TEFL paid for!read more

I volunteered for 3 Angloville programs in 2017 - 2 in Poland, 1 in Romania. It was a combination of both junior and adult programs. Both types of program offered different and exciting experiences. Not only did I (hopefully) help the participants learn something new, they all taught me so much. I had an incredible experience!! I spent 10 days in England as part of the Colchester camp, and another 2 weeks in Romania working with Angloville and Primier TEFL. Without a doubt, they were some of the most enriching and fun volunteer opportunities I've ever been a part of! I participated in both the kids and juniors programs. The kids were fun, but without a doubt, the teens already had such a high level of English, many times the natives had deep conversations about family and life and other critical topics!! I had a phenomenal time in England; the food was great, the dorms were wonderful! And in Bucharest, the facility was nicely situated in the mountains near Sinaia. I would highly recommend participating in three weeks of the program 🙂 This way you qualify for the scholarship...and can improve your teaching resume while have a great time and meeting amazing people! Communication with the company was always easy and helpful. I've already signed up for two additional programs with Angloville, and hope to continue with them in the future!read more

I have finished 3 weeks of Angloville. Such an amazing experience! Spending 2 weeks with the kids and one with the juniors was really incredible. Each time there is something new to be done; people, cultures, and friendships make Angloville a unique experience. We had exhausting days, but again it is worth it. Kids were shy at the very beginning, but later on, they opened up. They were able to trust whatever level of English they had which allowed them to communicate more. Juniors as well, they were able to prepare their own presentations, and discuss their own knowledge about various aspects without hesitation. I loved it! I would recommend Angloville for parents as well as for adults who seek to improve their English.read more

For sure, I would recommend the Juniors program if you are foreigner to the country (any country that you choose) as you can learn a lot from the students about their traditions & cultures.. 😛 But you want to get overloaded with love, cuteness and innocence choose Kids as you'll have the best time of your life <3 ... and for sure during the camps you often make unforgettable memories and wonderful quality time with the natives across the globe and with the coordinators too.. :D I learnt a lot from people during my camp and I would surely recommend you to try TEFL scholarship with Angloville.. :Dread more

I just completed my TEFL training and 3 weeks of camps with Angloville. 2 weeks with kids and 1 week with Juniors. It was such a great experience. The kids and juniors were amazing. Each location varied as for amenities, and the Polish Coordinators and English Native Speakers also varied at each camp. But at each camp I made great friends, and met the most amazing kids/juniors ever. These kids were awesome and i will never forget this time. I wish it wasn't over and plan to for sure continue to return to camps in the future!read more

Recently I completed three weeks with Angloville, all junior programmes. One week that was in Slovakia and two in Poland. The programmes between both countries had a variety of differences e.g. in Slovakia each day the juniors were spilt into groups with natives where they were given a creative task such as designing their own country which they would then present to the whole group. These tasks were very interesting and often the juniors would add a lot of humour to their presentation, overall this helped boost their confidence as everyday they had to present something. In Poland games were played instead where everyone would be spilt into three groups and would get the chance to play all of the games (some were outside if the weather was good). The most popular game both weeks I was in Poland was a game called Werewolves, which involves werewolves that “kill” other members of the game while the citizens try and figure out who the werewolves are before everyone else dies. Each day there would be a variety of one on one or two on ones, via these you could really get to know the juniors and see the extent of their English abilities. The ages ranged from 10-19 years old so each conversation was very different. And as every meal at Angloville is together with the juniors, you really get a chance to get to know them, which helps you have interesting conversations. The fieldtrip adds a new environment to interact with the juniors which opens up even more topics of conversation. All of the field trips I went on involved hikes. In Slovakia as we were near the border we briefly walked to Poland. During the Poland trip, one was to a waterfall the other to a castle. The most exciting part of everyday was most likely social time which was different every night depending on what the helpers decide to do. Some include: learning dances, talent shows, and a variety of different competitions and challenges. The programmes I did in Poland were back to back at the same venue, I’m glad that I decided to do this as some of the other natives and juniors also stayed for another week so it allowed everyone to become closer friends, and also as we were used to staying at the venue we could impart our tips to the new arrivals.read more

I did all 3 camps and each was a very different experience. I met a range of Polish people from young children some as young as 5 years old to a retired man in his 70's who wanted to improve his English so he could travel more. I did the Premier-Angloville Scholarship.Shortly after starting the Premier TEFL online course I went to do 3 weeks at Angloville (1 week in the Czech Republic and 2 weeks in Poland). This was a great experience and I made some lifelong friends, both from the local people as well as native speakers.I did the 3 weeks back to back and it was hard work. But it can be done. I enjoyed it so much that I have asked for another 2 weeks Angloville programmes next month and I have been accepted. So I am off to Poland again next month.Meanwhile, after returning from Europe I completed my Premier TEFL online diploma and I would recommend it to anyone interested in teaching english.One thing I would like to see added to the Angloville programmes is a time slot during the day where qualified coordinators will do some training with the native speakers on preparation of sessions and some basic "TEFL" training.Regarding Premier TEFL online course, the only things I can point out would be:- A few spelling / grammar errors in the course material... this should be fixed, and,- Some of the links in the modules did not work... have a look at these and fix the hyperlinks.I would recommend the Premier-Angloville Scholarship. It was only a few hours ago that I finished writing my longest facebook status in recent memory about my experience teaching at Angloville, the lifelong friends that I made, the awesome kids that I got to teach, the wonderful places that I got to go... But now it's time to write a bit here as well too. I recently finished my experience with my Premier TEFL course and teaching for 3 weeks in Angloville and I couldn't recommend it more. The support that they provide for helping you both before and during the courses was great and also genuine, I am looking forward to continuing to be in contact with them as I eventually begin to seek out work as an English teacher. Angloville is something I hope to also do again in the future! The kids were fantastic, the venues were exceptional (except you- Bobrova Dolina), the coordinators were great, after traveling for about 3 years now, I can say that this was one of the best work exchange experiences that I have had as well. The one thing that I wish the Anglo-TEFL program would have is a portion of each day at the camps devoted to helping teach and prepare the participants of the camp who were strongly interested in teaching, like myself. Nonetheless, I am incredibly glad that I got to participate in this program and am looking forward to a future with it.read more

My wife and I are retired and living in Italy. We have been doing English Home Stays and Teaching English informally in both Canada and Italy for over 20 years. A friend of ours, Jamie Harb had signed up for Angloville TEFL and suggested we do the same. She is now an Angloville Coordinator. We did not know what to expect exactly. It seemed like a daunting task to sign up for 3 Angloville camps in various parts of Eastern Europe, complete the online TEFL, and take care of all the logistical requirements associated at the time. Having just finished the three camps and online course, it turned out to be an amazing experience and we completed with ease....whilst having the time of our lives....both, personally and professionally. No matter what your background, age, sex or nationality....Angloville was a brilliant experience all round. We would highly recommend it! As a matter of fact, we aren't done yet. Not only did the scholarship give me the opportunity to meet amazing people from so many different cultures, travel all over Europe, and work as a volunteer (for free!), but it also provided a TEFL certificate course which definitley boosted my teaching career. It is already opening doors for me to work everywhere and anywhere in the world. The practical and theorical parts of the scholarship go hand in hand. I absolutely loved this program. I was looking on the Angloville website, already fully intended to become a volunteer, when I saw there was an extra bonus! They offered to pay for your TEFL certificate in exchange for your volunteer work. I didn't believe such a good deal could be real, but it was! The hotel, food and people were all amazing. I only had to pay for my transport and accommodation in between programs, which was nothing (Poland prices are ridiculous). I did 3 programs (all in a row), which was extremely exhausting, but so worth it. I met truly wonderful people and you get such satisfaction out of seeing people grow. The first day everyone was really shy and the last day nobody was afraid to be a bit silly or speak their minds. It was awesome! The TEFL course online was easy to complete and very interesting. To combine both TEFL and Angloville is such a great way to get your certificate.read more

I was awarded the Angloville Premier TEFL scholarship. I have recently completed the Premier TEFL 120 hour course with 210 hours of real life teaching experience with adults in Poland. I had an extraordinary time. When I first signed up for the programme, I was a bit nervous, as I did not know how it was going to be like. I had so many doubts. But, once the program started I was so wrong. It was completely the opposite. It was amazing. I would recommend everyone to sign up for this. About 4 months ago I started working for an online English tutoring company that didn't require a TEFL, only a 4 year degree and teaching experience. For myself, having never studied at university, this course has been fantastic for setting me up to look more desirable to potential employers as it covers so much more than a normal 120 hour TEFL. The modules are clearly set out and easy to follow online and cover an array of topics for individuals wanting to pursue a career in teaching. Even for those who not necessarily want to go down this route, the skills acquired are applicable to a range of careers and opportunities, for example learning techniques and the mannerism in addressing different age categories. Furthermore, the coordination of TEFL premier was smooth and any queries answered via email. You are given plenty of time for the completion of these modules thus allowing the time to engage with the content in depth; the layout of the system also allows you to access previous lessons in the modules you may need to readdress. The content itself is both engaging and unique, often providing an alternate approach to teaching methods whilst also offering the traditional means, so the full range is covered. Upon completing each module you are given a 10 marker test based upon the content learned. You are allowed to retake this test to maximise your final score and ensure you have covered and understood the information. I thoroughly recommend the TEFL program for anybody and thank the organisation for providing such an opportunity to learn these new skills.read more

I signed up for the 240 hr bundle + internship placement in China through PremierTEFL and have to say, you are really getting a lot of bang for your buck. I thought the 240 hr was the best deal out of the many courses that they offer but there are shorter options and specialized courses as well. When I had any questions they replied rather promptly (or as promptly as they could considering a 9 hour time difference). It's nice that you get to customize the study time according to when you're available. I was working and going to school full time so I would study whenever I could, but ended up needing an extension on my courses which they have accomadated as well! Overall, a great program and great deal compared to many others that I looked at.read more

Hands down! The best few months of my life!I must admit I was a bit nervous to go off on my own to a foreign country as I've never been abroad for a longer period of time. I chose to do the Anglo-TEFL program and it was the best decision ever. After getting through the rigorous, but very helpful online course, I attended three weeks of the Angloville immersion camps in Slovakia and Poland. I had the opportunity to work with teens and adults of varying levels of English. My time at Angloville helped me to me to learn how to connect with various age groups, define my own personal teaching style, and be more comfortable being looked to for direction. The intensive program also helped me to confirm that I am passionate about teaching. I am very thankful that I discovered Premier TEFL. I never imagined getting my TEFL could be so fun!read more

I absolutely loved this program. I was looking on the Angloville website, already fully intended to become a volunteer, when I saw there was an extra bonus! They offered to pay for your TEFL certificate in exchange for your volunteer work. I didn't believe such a good deal could be real, but it was! The hotel, food and people were all amazing. I only had to pay for my transport and accommodation in between programs, which was nothing (Poland prices are ridiculous). I did 3 programs (all in a row), which was extremely exhausting, but so worth it. I met truly wonderful people and you get such satisfaction out of seeing people grow. The first day everyone was really shy and the last day nobody was afraid to be a bit silly or speak their minds. It was awesome! The TEFL course online was easy to complete and very interesting. To combine both TEFL and Angloville is such a great way to get your certificate.read more

This program is amazing. I had a great time traveling through Poland helping teach English with Angloville. It was a blast. On top of that they offer you a great chance to get a TEFL certificate and an amazing price. I met some truly amazing people that taught me about there country and gave me ideas and destinations throughout Poland and Hungary to get a real experience of each country. I think anybody who is lost in life should take the risk and teach abroad. After a break up from my partner of eleven years my life fell apart. A friend suggested taking time out from my busy work schedule and recommended "TEFL", never heard of it before. Whilst making the decision to volunteer at a couple of language immersion programmes in Poland I decided to undertake a premier-TEFL scholarship whilst volunteering it to be able to teach overseas in the future. Gem of a company, I get the feeling they are small but I can say they really look after their customers. From the beginning they answered all of my queries and gave me great advice in finding a TEFL job in Thailand.I feel far more confident in the classroom than I did before. I am currently teaching in Surin in a lovely primary school and having the time of my life.The best thing I ever did was to decide that I wanted to travel and teach, if anybody is thinking of considering TEFL as a way to travel and earn money then I suggest you just go for it.Having completed this course, I can honestly say that I feel far more confident in a classroom than I did before.The company are accredited and recognised just as much if not more than other courses that are far more expensive. I undertook a volunteer experience in Poland teaching adults conversational English, I only paid a £50 deposit and flights, we stayed in a hotel with food provided. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had, I got to meet many motivated and interesting Polish people who were generous and very grateful for my time and effort.
