Ordering your certificates and reference letters
Employers may request a proof of course enrollment or proof of completion letter from applicants when processing your job application.
Unless you are applying for a job and have been requested to provide a letter, you do not need to purchase a letter from us. Your certificate is widely accepted as evidence of course completion, but as an extra verification step, employers are at liberty to ask for a formal letter from your training provider.
You can access your free PDF certificate using the following steps:
- Access your course
- Under the title General (above Module 1), click the expand tab
- Make sure you filled out your pre-certificate questionnaire
- Click the course title link
- Click get your certificate
- Download and save your certificate
