Choose between one, two or three weeks of teaching practice in 11 stunning European cities. Apply for one location, multiple cities or multiple countries.
Before you go, you’ll have an application form to fill out, a video chat, submit all your documents and then you’ll be on your way to Europe.
All qualified applicants will fly into their designated airport where you’ll have city center pick up.
You’ll be based in a luxury resort for each of your teaching practice weeks with a focus on conversational English teaching. Working in small groups and in one-to-one sessions you’ll work with a range of English learners. Most placements will involve teaching either junior or adult students, you’ll get to choose your preference during your application process.
Activity-based lessons are informal and you’ll also be able to explore your beautiful surroundings during teaching times. Spending meal and leisure times together you’ll walk away with more than teaching experience, you’ll have a bunch of newfound European friends too.
As a first-time TEFL teacher, gaining observed teaching practice with real English learners is the fastest way to getting hired. Whilst there are lesson and activity guidelines to follow, you’ll be able to ask advice from Angloville colleagues to assist with any help that you need.
Choose your teaching practice locations from 11 stunning European cities throughout the Czech Republic, England, Ireland, Hungary, Malta, Poland and Romania
Take advantage of the cultural inclusions in this TEFL Scholarship by attending social activities and local trips with other teachers. Many hotel facilities include swimming pools that you can relax by during leisure time.
Planning time to explore your teaching country between programs or after is highly recommended. While in central Europe you simply can’t miss out on visiting spots like the Wieliczka Salt Mines in Kraków (Poland) which attracts over a million tourists annually or open air Széchenyi Baths in Budapest (Hungary). These Turkish baths date from the 17th century and the 18 pools (and 10 saunas) are still in use today. Visit by night for foam parties and light shows. Romania’s Black Sea coast is filled with beach resorts to suit all budgets and a few relaxing nights here make the ideal post-teaching treat.
As this is an unpaid TEFL Scholarship you’ll need to budget for travel between programs, living essentials and spending money for excursions.
When budgeting your spending money, remember you’ll be placed in free hotel accommodation and enjoy 3 meals per day.
“I finished the 240hr TEFL expert course and completed two weeks live teaching practise in Hungary and Poland.During my live teaching experience I made some awesome friends and fell in love with a very handsome Aussie guy 🙂 The company are so helpful and fast to respond. I have just enrolled with them to go on the internship to China in August and everything has gone smoothly as I knew it would.
You won’t regret it!.”
