Refunds, Deferrals and cancellations policy

Refund – Online TEFL Courses

Online TEFL course access is delivered instantly following successful payment. If for any reason you decide to cancel the course that you have purchased and are requesting a refund, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of buying directly on our website. Please note: Refunds issued under the 14-day cooling-off period are subject to an administration fee of USD 30/GPB 30/EUR 30/AUD 30/NZD 30/CAD 30/SA Rand 520 if the value of the purchase is above USD 50/GPB 50/EUR 50/AUD 50/NZD 50/CAD 50/SA RAND 855, for any purchases below this value an administration fee of USD 10/GPB 10/EUR 10/AUD 10/NZD 10/CAD 10/SA RAND 170 applies. The only exception to the administration fee is the Anglo TEFL Scholarship, where a full refund will be issued.

A refund request under the 14-day policy will not be approved if you have completed more than 2 modules of the course. This applies to all courses except our 180 hour Level 5 Ofqual Regulated TEFL course (Highfield), as in this case once you have submitted your assessment 1 on the 180 hour Level 5 Ofqual Regulated TEFL course you will not be entitled to a refund. 

Refund requests that reach us after the 14-day policy will not be approved.

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.

You have 6 months to complete the course from the date of purchase – please note, this is not when you first log in to the course for the first time.
