Module 6–17 Practices of Mindfulness & Yoga
Yoga practices include Mindfulness. Understand what is meant by the eight limbs of Yoga, and learn everyday activities you can put in place tomorrow with your young learners (and for yourself) — including beginner Yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation.
Module 18–19 Mindful Work
You’ll learn plenty of useful ideas for creating Mindful spaces to practise your techniques, and discover tools to use during your Mindfulness sessions. These final modules pull together everything you need to become your own greatest mental-health ally — for you and your Young Learners.
