What if I have forgotten or lost my password?
When you sign up to a course with Premier TEFL you will have two accounts. One is your Personal Account on our website where you can manage your purchases and access any of your downloadable teaching resources or lesson plans. The second account is for your Course Dashboard where you study for your TEFL qualification.

- To reset your password for your Course Dashboard, click here.
You’ll be asked for your username or email address and then click ‘reset password’. An email will be sent to your email address within a few minutes. Once you receive the email choose ‘Click here to reset your password’. You can then enter a new password and click ‘reset password’.
